Are guests allowed?

There will be a maximum of 2 adults and their children per R.V. ALL guests will be charged $5/person/night if they are staying overnight at Sunset Watch.  Should you not register your guests, the rate increases to $20/guest/night.

Where do I go on arrival?

ALL guests MUST register at the campstore and will receive a guest/visitor pass when signing in.  We must know at all times who is here, where and how long they will be visiting.  ANY NON-REGISTERED VISITORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND IMMEDIATELY.

What about site maintenance?

Seasonal campers are expected to maintain their own sites;  i.e.  mowing, tidiness, garbage removed from burners and grounds.  All campers, before retiring for the night, are responsible for cleaning up their site;  i.e.  all bottles, garbage, etc. cleaned up and/or removed from your lot.

Can I have a fire?

DO NOT MOVE FIRE PITS.   Open campfires are permitted unless notified by the campground.  Please use fire pit provided and do not relocate fire pits as the water and electrical lines run very close to the surface and heat from the fire may damage these lines.  By moving the pits around you also destroy the grass.  Any damage caused from a relocated fire pit will be the responsibility of the registered camper of that site.  Firewood is available through the canteen.  Do not cut any trees in the woods for campfires.  Do not leave your campfire unattended.  No axes or chain saws are permitted on the campground.  NO BEACH FIRES ARE ALLOWED !!!

Are there rules about noise pollution?

When are the gates locked?

Entrance and exit gates may be closed and locked at 10 p. m.  Exit gates may also be locked at check out time. Please advise any guests you may have, if they are not spending the night, they must move their vehicles outside the gates before that time.

Pets are welcome but must be kept on leash at all times while on campground property which includes pathways to the beach as well as beaches around the campground.   For all campers and other pets safety, any dog over 30 lbs. must be walked by a responsible adult (over 16).    It is the responsibility of the camper to clean up after your pet.  Clean up means the path to the beach, beach area and all campground areas and disposed of properly in the dumpster by the dump station.  PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PLAYGROUND AREA, BATHROOMS, CAMP STORE, GAMES ROOM OR REC.
